Description:

CLD-C Marine low noise self-contained AC unit is air handling unit to treat room air directly. It is improved type of CLD-B series. The AC unit adopts special structure design and professional noise reduction measure to reduce the noise of the unit. The units are suitable for the space with special requirement for noise, and can be widely used in different kinds of vessels, passenger ships, cargo ships and offshore platforms.

1. AC unit is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, evaporator, low noise centrifugal fan, etc.

2. AC unit adopts high-class hermetic scroll refrigeration compressor

3. AC unit adopts low noise forward multi-blades centrifugal fan

4. Main control elements adopt top class bands

5. Condenser adopts HAL77-2 or BFe30-1-1 efficient heat exchange tube with high anti-corrosion. Special structure design is adopted to prevent low refrigerant supply when ship swing

6. Improve unit structure, optimize system design, and reduce AC noise

7. AC unit adopts DDC control panel, operation become more convenient

8. Design, manufacture, inspection is conducted as per“CCS”rules and relevant standard of“vessel”

9. Product with special specification can be designed, manufactured as per customer requirement
