CSL Marine Hydro-Driven Centrifugal Fan

CSL centrifugal fan is movable fan driven by the fire fighting water.It enjoys high anti-explosive grade, and is capable of directly removing or delivering the flammable and explosive gaseous mixture or steam as well as those poisonous or harmful gas. It is an important equipment for the oil tanker and the chemical vessels.

CSL series explosion proof centrifugal fan is with high explosion proof grade, anti-corrosion,anti-swing,anti-vibration,and anti-shock.The whole fan is featured in simple and compact structure,low weight, easy operation as well as easy mobility. It is driven directly by the fire fighting water,is capable of delivering the dangerous gas such as flammable and explosive gas or steam.

CSL series centrifugal fan is composed of water turbine, frame, casing, rotor, impeller, etc. The water turbine is precisely casted by anti-corrosive copper alloy. The casing is welded by the stainless steel, the impellers are casted by the high strength aluminum alloy. The whole structure is without no spark. The angles for outlet are R90 degree for air supply type, R225 degree for air exhaust type.

The places where there are explosive grad IIB & IIC and group from T4 to T6.
