CY-2 15ppm Alarm Device for Bilge Water is a new online monitoring device for detecting micro-oil content in waste water. It is suitable for continuous monitoring of discharging of bilge oil waste water and it has the function of 15ppm overrun alarm system and controlling system for discharge waste water .It uses as a set device with water separator for oil waster water of bilge.

CY-2 15ppm Alarm Device for Bilge Water is approved by China Classification Society and its performance index meets the standard of MEPC.107(49)which set by International Marine Environment Protection Committee.

Measuring principle:

CY-2 15ppm Alarm Device for Bilge Water is produced using the most advanced international technology. It analyzes transmission light and diffusion light of discharge water by infrared measurement, then measures the oil content using high-resolution photoelectric transducer and microprocessor. When the oil thickness of discharge waste water is higher than definite point (5ppm) , the device will give an alarm and output the over-limit data .In the mean time ,the shutdown device will close all exits (electromagnetic valve) . In this case, it is effective to control the release of over proof waste water.

Characteristics:

(1) Using the most advanced multi-band infrared measuring principle and the micro-processing technology, fast response and high accuracy measurement;

(2) The overall use of anti-electromagnetic interference design to overcome the use of environmental impact on equipment to improve system stability and equipment reliability;

(3) Real-time display of concentration of oil and working state of the system

(4) Real-time recording of the police state and automatically store data, historical data at any time to print;

(5) Measurement of room to facilitate maintenance and cleaning, simple operation;

(6) With the work of equipment condition monitoring functions in equipment failure, maintenance or replacement of automatic control over when the discharge of sewage.
