Air compression circulating system: the air system includes air filter, air valve, safety valve, air cooler, oil water separator and 528 clarifiers.

The lubrication method of the compressor is splash lubrication. When the crank turns, the oil dipper at the lower side of the connecting rod will splash the lubricating oil in the sump to the tapered roller bearing, second-stage cylinder wall and spherical bearing. The lubrication of first-stage cylinder is done by sucking the lubricating oil-vapor in the crankcase into the cylinder. The lubrication of third-stage cylinder is realized by using some lubricating oil-vapor contained in the compressed air.

The cooling water is sucked in through a pump, first into the first and second-stage cylinders water jacket to cool the first and second-stage cylinders and first, second and third-stage coolers as well as second-stage inlet and outlet valve chambers, then into third-stage cylinder water jacket via the outlet pipe to cool third-stage cylinder and first-stage inlet and outlet valve chambers, finally into third-stage cylinder water jacket to cool cylinder cover and third-stage inlet and outlet valve chambers, and discharge from its upper side.
