China FDF12 Reverse‑Modulating Hydraulic Brake Valve:

FDF12 Reverse‑Modulating Hydraulic Brake Valve

This valve adopts the principle of a direct‑acting three‑way pressure‑reducing valve. It is applied to the return‑oil brake system (loss‑of‑oil brake), and service braking is realized by matching with spring‑applied / hydraulically‑released brakes. Reverse‑modulating means braking is generated by reducing the pre‑set pressure. The pre‑set pressure must be kept above a certain level higher than the pressure required for full release of the brake. The braking pressure is inversely proportional to the stroke of the operating control element or the stroke angle of the pedal, while the operating force is proportional to the stroke of the actuator.

Principle :

Max. Pressure at Port P 20 MPa
Max.Braking Pressure at Port A 15 MPa
Return‑line Back Pressure ≤ 0.5 MPa
Viscosity Range 10‑380 mm²/s
Temperature Range ‑20 ℃ ~ 100 ℃
Oil Fluid Cleanliness The solid‑particle contamination level of oil fluid and
system shall not exceed GB/T 14039‑2002‑/19/16 or NAS 1638 Class 10.
Approximate Weight 2.8Kg
