China Flue Gas Type Inert Gas System:
The inert gas system uses the flue gas from biler combustion,processing through cooling,scrubbing and desulphurization,to produce inert gas which contents oxygen less than 5% ,so that the mixed gas concentration in tank is controlled under explosive limits to keep vessel safe.It is and ideal way to protect tank and cargo during international transportation.
Flue gas from boiler combustion(mainly N2,O2,Co2,So2,dust etc) rushes into scrubber tower in pipes to be condensed,scrubbed and desulfurized there,then the inert gas will be sent to the tank with the blower.The inert gas must go through the deck water seal which will prevent from air flow back. The purity of the inert gas sent to the tank must be inspected strictly,unqualified in the tank will be discharged to the atmosphere.
