China Inert Gas System:

The Inert Gas System is also can called as Fuel Gas System or abbreviated to IGS.

Principle:

The inert gas system uses the gas from boiler combustion, processing through cooling, scrubbing and desulfurization, to produce inert gas which contents oxygen less than 5%. The inert gas fills in the tank, the mixed gas in tank is controlled under explosive limit to protect the cargo and the safety of the vessel during international transportation.

Working Process:

The flow chart is a typical diagram of inert gas (flue gas) system. The fuel gas from the boiler combustion enters the funnel, is pulled out by the fan and then enters the scrubber via the bleeder valve in where it is condensed, dusted and desulfurized. The purity flue gas is dried with the dehumidifier and then blown into the cargo tank through the pipe which is equipped with control valve, deck water seal, and non-return valve by the fan.

Technology Parameters:

Capacity: 0~15000Nm3/h

Composition: O2≤5%(VOL), CO2: approx. 13%(VOL), SO2≤100ppm(VOL), N2: rest

Features:

1. It is an advance and economic technology to produce inert gas from boiler flue gas with low cost.

2.The source of flue gas is stable and capacity of inert gas is controllable.

3.The system design is reasonable. Concentration, pressure and capacity of inert gas is under inspected strictly.

4.The whole system is tested for long time and has already got the class certificates. It is originated in China with advance technology and reliable operation.

5.High-end equipments, some of critical equipment such as control valves, gas detector etc are imported to make sure the stable running.

6.Easy to operate with control panel which can display the whole operation process. PLC and alarm design are reasonable.

7.Provide comprehensive training and after-sales support for customer in the whole world.
