JBK3-160 Marine Minitype Control Transformer

JBK series control transformer design refers to relevant standards like VDE0550, IEC204-1 and GB5226, applies to AC.50~60Hz frequency power. There are press-fit and and plug-in two connection methods are adopted and equipped with terminals to prevent touching protection requirements by accident.

This product have attribute of excellent performance, safe and reliable wiring, which can be widely used in control and lighting for various industrials such as power distribution cabinet for ship, machinery, metallurgy, mine, light textile, rubber, chemical engineering, papermaking and printing, and also can be used as isolation transformer.

l A height above sea-level not exceeding 1000m;
l A temperature of ambient air not below -25℃ and above +45℃；
l Relative air humidity: ordinary type ≤85℃, damp and hot type ≤95℃;
l In medium without risk of explosion and with too insufficient air and electric insulation dust to corrode metal and damage insulation;
l In environment without water vapor and equipped with rainproof device.

The single-phase multiple winding open-type transformers is adopted for JBK3 series control transformer, the main structure is shown as follows:
1. Shell-type is used as iron core, which is laminated;
2. Winding can be two-winding or multi-winging;
3. Plug-and-socket and pressure welding styles are adopted as terminal.
