CSB-2 Overspeed Protection Box

This product is used for diesel engine runaway protection and matching with magnetoelectric speed sensor of our factory

(sensor thread and length can be provided by the user)

3. The setting range is 1600 rpm-2400 RPM (the setting range can be determined according to the rated speed of the user's diesel engine)

4. Applicable environment - 25c-55c /, relative humidity < 95%

Dimensions and installation

This product takes the pulse signal from the speed sensor, converts it into frequency and voltage, compares it with the set value, and drives the relay to make the actuator act, so as to achieve the purpose of flying protection.

1. Wire according to the wiring diagram.

2. Turn on the 24 V power supply and the power indicator will be on.

3. When the diesel engine starts to 900 rpm, the speed indicator is on (adjustable)

4. When the diesel engine rises to 115% of the rated speed. The overspeed indicator lights up and the relay acts.

5. At the rated speed, press the 85% button, the overspeed indicator lights up, and the relay acts. This function can be used to verify the protection function of the device.

6. The setting potentiometer can adjust the overspeed setting value, and the setting range can be increased clockwise according to the user's requirements.

Before power on, the wiring should be correct. The internal relay contact of 7 pins and 8 pins of output terminal has been connected with the negative terminal of DC24 V, and the external relay only needs to be connected to the positive terminal of DC24 V.
