HSM Series Hydraulic Motor

•Since there is no lateral force between the piston and the swing cylinder, the bottom of the piston is designed to be statically balanced, and the torsion force is transmitted between the piston and the crankshaft through the rolling bearing, which reduces the friction loss in the force transmission process. Therefore, the HSM series hydraulic motors have the characteristics of high mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (the mechanical efficiency is above 92% when starting);
• The plane distributor is simple and reliable, with good sealing performance and little leakage. There is no leakage between the piston and the swing cylinder with a plastic piston seal, so it has a very high volumetric efficiency (up to 98%);
•As the structure reduces friction loss and improves the sealing performance, it has good low-speed stability, can run smoothly under 10r/min working conditions, and has a large speed adjustment range (speed adjustment ratio can reach 1000);
• Since the piston and the bearing sleeve are firmly attached by the snap ring, there is no gap, so this series of hydraulic motors can operate under pump conditions. When the oil inlet is closed, the motor can rotate at high speed under freewheel conditions;
• This series of hydraulic motors have high pressure, the highest pressure can reach 31.5MPa. Light weight, small size, high power;
•Because of the simple structure, reasonable design, and the use of large-capacity bearings, it is reliable in operation, long in life, and low in noise. The transmission shaft is allowed to bear radial force and the direction of rotation is reversible.
