By the application of the marine fuel homogenizer, fuel is effectively homogenized and combusted under high quality, the fuel is sufficiently combusted and frequent jamming of a marine fuel supply system can be avoided. The marine fuel homogenizer comprises a base, a motor, a magnetic coupling, and a fuel homogenizing member. The fuel homogenizing member comprises a front end cover, a rotor, a stator, a rear end cover, a protective hood, a stepped shaft, a fuel inlet and a fuel outlet. The rotor is disposed in an inner cavity of the stator and divides the inner cavity into a front cavity and a rear cavity. The fuel inlet and the fuel outlet are communicated with the front cavity and the rear cavity respectively. The sidewall of the front end of the rotor is provided with a centrifugal through hole. The outer periphery of the rotor is provided with a plurality of spiral grooves I and a plurality of straight grooves I. The inner cavity of the stator is provided with a plurality of spiral grooves II and a plurality of straight grooves II. The outer diameter of the rotor gradually increases from the front cavity side to the rear cavity side. The inner diameter of the stator gradually decreases from the front cavity side to the rear cavity side.
