Characteristic of instrument:

Adopting the infrared measurement principle and micro processing technology, the measurement accuracy is high.
The controller is separated from the measuring room, and the stability and reliability of the system are greatly improved. The measuring room is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
High-definition liquid crystal display, real-time display time, oil concentration, system working state, humanized menu operation interface; Record the current data in real time and store it automatically, and query historical data at any time.

The instrument has the function of automatic alarm and self checking of the system.

Measuring principle:

The measuring system adopts the scattering principle of the infrared light source which is commonly used in the world. When the infrared light emitted by the emitter passes through the flowing oil sewage, the oil particles in the sewage scatter the infrared light. Two infrared receiving tubes are installed at the same axis of the light source to test the transmission and scattering components of the infrared light after passing through the oil and water, and then the oil particles are transported. The output signal is sent to CPU after filtering, amplification and A/D transform.
