Performance characteristics of CWX marine self-priming vortex pump
(1) The characteristics of small volume and light weight of vortex pump have great advantages in marine equipment.
(2) It has self-priming ability or is realized by means of a simple device.
(3) It has a steep drop head characteristic curve, so it is not sensitive to pressure fluctuation in the system.
(4) Some vortex pumps can realize vapor-liquid mixed transportation. This is of great significance for pumping volatile liquid containing gas and high-temperature liquid with high vaporization pressure.
(5) The vortex pump has simple structure and easy casting and processing technology. Some vortex pump parts can also use non-metallic materials, such as plastic, nylon molded impeller, etc.
