The working principle is the balance principle of anti-heeling tanks? There is seawater in anti-heeling tank (P) and starboard anti-heeling tank(S). When the hull tilt, the status is acknowledged by the control unit. Then, send a command to the actuator and active the actuator to work. The sea-water is from one side to another
side till the hull is under balance status.
The system is composed by five parts: anti-heeling control unit, signal acquisition box, actuator with valve, heeling instrumentation and liquid level sensor. The device can be used in bunker carrier, container ship, oil tanker and others that need supply the function of anti-heeling.
