Fresh Water Generator

The seawater extract vacuum by seawater driven air water mixing ejector, make the suppy water evaporate at the low temperature.(when vacuum degree is about 94%,sea water will evaporate at 38 degree).

At the evaporator part, sea water after evaporate will separate the strong brine,then fall into the bottom of distiller chamber,then withdrawn,discharge to overboard.

The steam after separate will be filter out sea water drop through filter ,go into condensation cavity,will mixed with the sea water in adjacent pipe perform heat exchange,then condense to be fresh water. The fresh water through condense will extract by fresh water pump.

Fresh water will be inspect by salinometer, qualified fresh water will be send to fresh water tanker,unqualified fresh water will be send to overboard.
