Hydraulic Power Pack for 50KN Hydraulic Mooring Winch

Hydraulic Power Pack is also can be called as the pump station.

We design the two motors (each 30KW) for the Hydraulic Power Pack for 50KN Hydraulic Mooring Winch to control 2pcs of winches. The hydraulic pump station is composed of oil pump, motor, control valves and oil tank.The oil pump is an axial piston pump. The pressure oil is from the pump outlet through the proportional reversing valve on the control table, the hydraulic motor on the winch, and then back to the oil tank through the oil return filter. The oil tank is equipped with a liquid level temperature gauge, oil return filter, air filter, cooler, etc. The oil tank is also equipped with a liquid level controller and temperature controller, when the liquid level is lower than the required, they will alarm.
