When the system fails, connect portable hand pump with HBZ Integrative valve to control the valve's O/Cliff the system and portable hand pump are failure, use the bypass valve of HBZ to insulate the actuator. Then, manual operate the open/close of valve. After isolating the inteligrateive valve, the actuator can be controlled by hydraulic remote control system. When the hydraulic system does not work or pipeline is damaged, the actuator can maintain the original state.
