Open Type Lifeboat

Open type lifeboat is more economic for general life saving usage for inshore and inland river going cargo and passenger vessels.The design is totally in accordance with the the requiremnt of SOLAS, IMO and different Classification Societies. CCS, ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, NK, RINA, etc. are available for our lifeboats.

The hull of lifeboat is made of the fire reinforced plastic(F.R.P.).

The space between the inside and outside hull is filled with polyurethane foam which will supply sufficient buoyancy for the boat.

G.R.P Open type lifeboat will be afloat with the help of the foam even the part of boat underneath the water damaged. This open life boat is used for the life-saving on the sea.

Launching using conventional davits, it is designed to safely evacuate crew from vessels and offshore platforms. All lifeboats are equipped with the latest On/Off load release systems. Designed for easy use by ship crew.
