Application Method:
1.Preparation prior to application
1.1 The steel decks fairing by hot working, all the embedded parts installation and welding that may interfere with the application of covering are to be finished beforehand.
1.2 The oils, water, paints, rusts, dusts on the steel plates are to be removed meanwhile the surface preparation is carried out according to the requirements of Grade P2 of CB3230 or Grade St2 of ISO8501-1.
2 Application Procedures
2.1 Firstly stir the dry materials(A component) evenly in agitator, and pour the liquid (B component) into the agitator according to the specified ratio of the dry materials and liquid, stirring it about 3 minutes, and then for application immediately.
2.2 Pour the mixed covering onto the cleaned steel deck, rub the covering back and forth with a trowel to moisture the steel decks sufficiently, then striking off the covering with wooden ruler.
2.3 Consolidating and leveling the covering surface with trowel, the roughness of the surface within 2 meters shall not be over 5mm. If the covering surface is a bit too hard for leveling, should spray some latex first and then level it.
2.4 After the covering application finished, it should be kept maintain for 1 to 2 days with spray a suitable amount of water or maintaining agent on its surface, and people may walk on it after it hardened.
2.5 After the covering is completely hardened (about 1 to 2 weeks), the floors should be adhered.
2.6 In the whole application and maintenance period, the environmental temperature should be a range of 0~35℃, cool-down measure is to be taken if the temperature is higher than 35℃ or heat preservation measure is to be taken if the temperature is lower than 0℃.

Attentions
1 The liquid (latex) shall be kept in cool place (0~35℃). If the surface of liquid has gels, the gels shall be removed, and the liquid can still be used.
2 The dry material shall be kept in dry place, avoid rain showering or water dipping. If the dry material is obviously caked, it shall not be used.
3 The mixing ratio: A component ： B component = 2:1(Pack ratio).
