RD-BOE 200 Blending Oil Equipment

The RD-BOE 200 Blending Oil Equipment is a blending base oil and additive to obtain Main Engine
Cylinder Oil at a specified ratio. The system used a pump to making suction from the base oil and additive
Tanks, and will circulate mixed these oil for homogeneous cylinder oil. All functions are controlled by a
Embedded computer.
The operator can enter the BN value of base oil and additive, and input the BN value of blending oil.
Then, the computer will automatically calculate and change the blend ratio.
The Blender is a cylinder-drum container, containing about 200L base oil. The cylinder-drums
Equipped with 3pieces of weight sensors. And, the blender includes a pump which is used to pump, cycle
And discharge for base oil and additive. Computer control the open and close for all of solenoid valve in
Order to control the liquid flow in pipeline.
The weight sensors will give the computer information about when the base oil amount is as
Prescribed by the system, and they will ensure that the correct additive amount is also pumped into the
"Drum" and mixed in the "drum". When the base oil and additive is sufficiently mixed the pump will empty
Cylinder Oil in the drum and are ready to start next blend batch.
