DL-III Inductive Rudder Angle Indicator

The DL-III is an innovative edition of rudder angle indicator, upgraded from our previous models DL-I and DL-II. It is designed on the principle of Wheatstone bridge, with a variable contactless inductor as transducer, and a milliammeter as indicator. An automatically switchable dual-power supply (AC and DC) system is equipped to ensure the instrument works uninterruptedly. The DL-III /2is compact,reliable, and durable. High sensitivity, high accuracy, easy usage and maintenance make the instrument ideal for all vessels, large or small. It can be extended to applications of other autopilot and automatic control equipments.

The instrument can work normally in the following environmental conditions:

Ambient Temperature: -25℃～+55℃

Air relative humidity: 95%±3% (corresponding to 45 ℃), when the temperature is more than 45 ℃, the humidity should be 70%±3%.

The front-back side or left-right side should be a 22.30 degrees tilt .(relative to the vertical direction)

Vibration: frequency 2-25 Hz, amplitude ±1.6 mm. Frequency 25-100 Hz,acceleration is ±39.2 m/s2 salt mist mildew-growing

Connection Voltage: (1) AC 220V±10%, 50Hz, and (2) DC 24V-25%～+30%

AC/DC power supply can be automatically switch and work uninterruptedly.

Read-off Accuracy: ±1°
