The needle-shaped tubes are welded on the outside of the boilers'water pipes. Many needle pins enlarge the heating area of the outer side of the pipe (i.e. the flue gas side) and increase the heat transfer coefficient. 3.0.5-5t/h boilers adopt cylindrical bladder, which has the characteristics of simple and reliable structure; 5-50t/h boilers adopt membrane water wall bladder, which has the characteristics of light weight, small size and high efficiency.
